Mark Taliaferro
President & CEO
Mark is President & CEO of National Safety Consulting and a member of the company’s board of directors. He joined NSC in 2000 as Director of Marketing and Sales. In 2003 he was promoted to Vice President where he was the driving force behind expanding the staffing, program development, and training divisions.
Mark oversees the corporate direction and strategy of the company, focusing on leadership, growth, and customers. He is responsible for the development and implementation of the company’s overall corporate strategy including business development, joint ventures, and market expansion.
Dakota Riddle
Vice President of Operations
Dakota began his career in with National Safety Consulting as an intern while obtaining his Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Safety and Health at Murray State University. Quickly demonstrating a strong commitment to workplace safety and operational excellence, he was natural hire following his graduation. As a Safety Coordinator, Dakota partnered with clients to strengthen compliance programs, reduce risk, and build proactive safety cultures.
Promoted to Director of Operations in 2025, Dakota he now oversees service delivery, promotes team development, and manages the Safety Coordinator teams in four Regional Offices - St. Louis, Chicago, Kansas City, and Cape Girardeau.
