National Safety Stand-Down to Prevent Falls in Construction

Falls from ladders, scaffolds, and roofs continue to be a leading cause of injury and death for construction employees, and OSHA is continuing to try to heighten awareness to reduce those numbers. Partnering with the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health and National Occupational Research Agenda (NORA) – Construction Sector, OSHA is supporting the 10th Annual National Safety Stand-Down to Prevent Falls in Construction May 1st – 5th, 2023.

How will National Safety Consulting be Participating?
We will be providing Toolbox Topics centered around falls and fall prevention for the month of May. We will also be sending out eBlasts all month to heighten awareness and to highlight the stand-down. Reach out to your Safety Coordinator with any questions about your fall protection programs and/or training you may need for your team.
