Sandy Taliaferro

Sandy was one of the original founders of Safety Temps, Ltd. / National Safety Consulting in 1998, bringing more than 30 years of marketing expertise, and executive management experience to her role with the company. The focus that she has on customers, innovation, improved operational efficiency, and execution has led to significant company growth.

Sandy continues to share our strategy and vision with customers, partners, shareholders, and investors. She firmly believes in our mission to help customize innovative safe work practices through the use of technology, and training.

Mark Taliaferro

Mark is President of National Safety Consulting and a member of the company’s board of directors. He joined NSC in 2000 as Director of Marketing and Sales. In 2003 he was promoted to Vice President where he was the driving force behind expanding the staffing, program development, and training divisions.

Mark oversees the corporate direction and strategy of the company, focusing on leadership, growth, and customers. He is responsible for the development and implementation of the company’s overall corporate strategy including business development, joint ventures, and market expansion.

Chief Operating Officer

George Pritchard

George came on board National Safety Consulting as a Safety Consultant in 2004. He worked with a variety of organizations on large projects as a full-time safety coordinator, including the Pinnacle Casino and Hotel project in downtown St. Louis and the Monsanto Chesterfield campus project.

Promoted to Director of Operations in 2015, and then Chief Operating Officer a year later, George focused on managing a team of up to 40 Safety Consultants. He has served as a client representative during OSHA inspections and Informal Hearings, as well as an expert witness during Federal Investigations.

Jeremy Miller

After retiring from a 20-year career in the Marine Corps, Jeremy joined National Safety Consulting as a Coordinator in 2015. His natural leadership style made him a perfect fit for the Director of Operations position within his first year, while continuing to conduct safety audits and training for multiple HV/AC, electrical, and painting companies.

Jeremy has been instrumental in customizing the training program with National Safety Consulting clients. He continues to streamline procedures, develop dynamic training, and lead the management and development of the Safety Coordinator teams.

Director of Business Operations (East)

Don came on board in 2017 bringing with him a vast array of sales experience. While working with Pitney Bowes, he received the “Outstanding Salesperson” award as the top sales representative in the St. Louis area eight times. His track record is one of increasing sales by double digits and out of the box methods for getting his product in front of potential clients.
Director of Business Operations (West)

Joining the National Safety Consulting team in 2017, Jay’s expertise in sales and Business Management was a combination we couldn’t pass up. He has helped to develop and implement sales and marketing objectives and forecasts, as well as executing those programs. He is not afraid to highlight time saving strategies, promote new products, or suggest new tools for meeting the needs of his clients.
